Rezoning Application Proposed Custom & Excise Staff Quarter at Area 123 in Tseung Kwan O

Project Description: Ozzo was commissioned to undertake a Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) Study to support a planning application to construct the Departmental Quarters (DQ) for the Customs & Excise Department (C&ED) at Tseung Kwan O. The study assessed the traffic impact to be induced by the proposed development by reviewing existing traffic conditions, estimating potential traffic generation, assessing future traffic situations, appraising potential traffic impacts, recommending improvements and advising on internal transport arrangements.
