Project Description: The proposed redevelopment is to construct 3 new towers of Departmental Quarters (DQ) for the Hong Kong Police Force (HKPF) at the existing Western Police Married Quarters (WPMQ) in Western District. Ozzo are commissioned to undertake a Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) Study to assess the traffic impact, during the transportation of the MC units from Boundary Control Points to the exit of Western Harbour Crossing (Hong Kong Island side).
