Contract No. FSD/C07/2015 – Rezoning Application for Reprovisioning of Chai Wan Ambulance Depot

Project Description: In order to redevelop the Chai Wan Ambulance Depot, the Fire Services Department has submitted an application to the Town Planning Board (TPB) to request relaxation of building height restriction from the prevailing outline zoning plan, Ozzo was commissioned to conduct a Traffic Impact Assessment with the following objectives: review the existing traffic situation of the surrounding road network, estimate potential traffic generations/attractions induced by the proposed development, assess the future traffic situation of the surrounding road network, appraise the potential traffic impact of proposed development and advise on the internal transport arrangements.
